1. MIRROR (ЗЕРКАЛО) Intradution Introduction 2. NDONGO DAARA 'Ndongo Daara' c'est un elиve d'une ecole Coranique. Il y a des parents qui donnent leur enfant sur un Marabout pour gu'il apprends le Koran. Mais les plus parts des marabouts amennent les jeunes garзons en ville pour qu'ils demandent la charitй. La chanson veut exprimй que зa c'est pas bon. A student at a Koran School is called a 'Ndongo Daara'. There are parents who give their child to a Marabou for the education of the Koran. But most of the marabous take these children to the city for begging to make them a living. The song wants to express that this is a bad practice. 3. ALINE CITOYE C'est une historie de une femme de Caзamance - une region aud sud du Senegal, qui est partir sur les batailles pour dйfendre sa propre patrie contre les colonialistes. This is a story of a woman of the Cacamance - an area in the south of Senegal, who went to the battlefields to defend her own country against the colonials. 4.TAKKU JЁF S'ils ne sont pas dйterminйs pour cette tвche, rien ne marchera. People who do not stand for a certain task will never win. 5.TOKKOO Cette histoire rencontre l'experience des jeune garзons qui sont dans un certain вge et doivent partir dans une place secret pour le rite de la circoncision. Pendant quelque semaines on ils apprennent а l'йducation de la vie. Quand tu le passe, tu devient un homme. Le plus jeune garзon - le 'Tokkoo' - est le premier а subir l'opйration de circoncire. This story tells about young boys at a certain age who have to leave for a secret place to experience the rituals of the circumcision. During a period of some weeks they undergo the education of life. When they pass this time, they will become a man. The youngest boy - the 'Tokkoo' is the first to undergo the circumcise operation. 6.BOUNDOU Boundou c'est le nom du village ou ma mиre est nй. Il est situer dans la region de Senegal Oriлntal. Le fleuve Falamй attire l'attenton des bкtes sauvage de la forкt. Boundou is the name of the village where my mother is born. It is situated in the East of Senegal. The river Falamй takes the attention of the wild animals of the forest. 7.TOUBA Ode а Touba, la ville dans la rйgion de Diourbel qui est la capital religieux du Mouridisme en Senegal. Ode for Touba, the city in the Diourbel area which is the religious capital of the Mourit Muslims in Senegal. 8.TEERE DUNDAM (BOOK OF LIFE) Le livre (Teere) c'est le plus important dans la vie (Dunde) de quelqu'un. Pour une ca peut кtre le Koran, pour l'autre le Bible ou le Tora ou n'importe quel livre. The book (Teere) can be the most important thing in a life of some one. For one person this could be the Koran, for another the Bible, the Tora or no matter which book. 9.XOL (HEART) Une qoeur ('Xol') doit avoir une jolie naissance. Pensez positive! On choisit une jour pour prendre de l'eau qui est l'espoir de la vie dans la route de la paix. Partagez de l'eau avec les persons qui sont soif. Envie de partager sans regrets, mкme quand зa reste peu, c'est зa qui est important. A heart ('Xol') needs a nice birth. Think positive! You will choose a day for taking water which is the spirit of life by the way of peace. Give everybody who needs water their part. The need to part without regret is very, even if there is no much more left. 10.SEETU (MIRROR) Toi tu est belle. Ton visage c'est comme une miroir. Tes dents se sont comme les grains de l'or, celui qui l'aime je l'aime, celui qui l'aime pas, tu me le donne, je l'aime. Je le beзoin dans mon corps. Si me atire plus sur elle si je le vois de loin, le premier chose que je fois c'est leurs dents parce que elle rit. Des jours et des mois et des mois elle m'invite pour une visite. Le soir que j'ai йtй chez elle, elle m'a reзu acquйrir bien. Ell m'a donner une plate, j'ai manger jusqu'a plein. J'ai pris ma main commencer а charesser elle, quand зa pиre est venu de dire: partez ma maison! You, you are so beautiful. Your face is like a mirror. Your teeth are like the corn of gold, who-ever who loves you I will love, who-ever who does not love you, give it to me and I will love it. I need you in my body. What really takes me for her is when she laughs in the dark with her teeth white. For days and months on she invited me to bring her a visit. That evening I finally came to her place and she gave me a warm welcome. She burdened me with food and I ate till I was satisfied.
